Christophe Loeffler, MSC​

Christophe Loeffler is Head of Finance & Operations at Ultimate Medicine, overseeing all financial, operational, and compliance functions that support the company’s rapid growth. A serial entrepreneur and finance executive with more than 35 years of experience, he has founded and scaled multiple startups across healthcare, finance, and technology, bringing deep expertise in international tax strategy, accounting, and corporate structure.

At Ultimate Medicine, he manages fundraising preparation, regulatory compliance, and global operations, building the financial systems that enable efficient scaling from preclinical research to clinical development. In parallel, he serves as Founder and CFO of PIPRA AG, a Swiss medical startup focused on dementia prevention technologies, and leads CHFL AG, an accounting and tax advisory firm serving international clients.

Mr. Loeffler holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the University of St. Gallen and a BA in Business Accounting from FH-HWZ Zurich. A published author and lecturer, he brings decades of entrepreneurial and financial leadership to advance Ultimate Medicine’s scientific and strategic goals.
